DIFFERENT YOGA CLASSES EVERY DAY
In Jing Yoga we teach several yoga classes of different styles. We aim to offer a variety of classes to our practitioners so they can deepen their knowledge as well as spice their training with different flavors of Yoga.
Most of our classes are Vinyasa as this is the most commonly practiced style of yoga in which you flow from one pose to the other. We also offer Vinyasa Ashtanga classes in both 60-minute and 90-minute formats, which is more rigorous compared to Vinyasa yoga classes.
Hatha Yoga is considered the most basic style of yoga where you move from one basic yoga pose to the other in a slow manner and in an individual posture. Therefore Hatha classes are favored among beginners.
In our Yin Yoga classes, we focus on long holds in poses in a meditative manner. Yin yoga is great for all levels and helps develop flexibility, joint mobility, and balance as it targets the facia and opens up the energy channels of our bodies.
Yoga Sculpt is a newer approach to yoga that involves weights, promoting fat loss, and muscle toning and balance. Our yoga sculpt classes are dynamic and fun and are more targeted towards fitness, and are loved by beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
